“Sure are cute for two ugly people”

Posted on Tuesday 26 February 2008

No, i’m not being sarcastic, these are part of the lyrics to a song from Juno…last night Joe played guitar and we sang this song to each other. Good thing none of you could hear us; let’s just say we won’t win any Grammy’s in the future! I’m thankful to have a husband who can play guitar…it is relaxing to hear him play at the end of a long day.

Way to go Mitch!

Mitch

Joe’s cousin Mitchell just graduated from OSU! The family is very proud of him! We were unable to attend Mitchell’s graduation party so we wanted to honor him in our own little way on our site! One question for you Mitchell, are you really going to Villanova for Political Science Philosophy??? Whatever your next endeavor, we are sure you will succeed!

A Wonderful Man

On February 19, 2008 we lost Henry Nickolas Nezrick Jr, my Uncle Henry and Mom’s brother. Yesterday we had the memorial service for him and so many people turned out and had wonderful things to say about him. He has touched so many people! A few things that I will always remember about him, are his amazing sense of humor and that sparkle in his eye! We love you Uncle Henry and we will miss you so much!

Birthday Belly!

Posted on Wednesday 20 February 2008

So my birthday was one week ago and I figured I needed to document my tummy size based on turning age 29. I made it a point to tell the BMV to use my old weight on my license as I didn’t want to have my current weight listed on my license for the next 4 years! It’s bad enough that my chubby face will show up on it for that long! An update though on the sex of the baby…no we still aren’t finding out. But the other day, I had a dream that I had a boy…we’ll see if it comes true. If not, then I will have to explain this post to my daughter later :)

Happy Birthday!

A Visit With Family

Posted on Tuesday 19 February 2008

I had President’s Day off and decided to head back to Mansfield to visit with family. I had the opportunity to see the twins and Jersey while I was home. The twins are even more grown up than ever, starting out shy but then walking and talking with me later. Of course they would be all smiles until it was time to snap the picture! Go figure!
