So about a week 1/2 ago, we took Jillian to her 4 month check up.  The doctor gave us the go ahead to try to feed Jillian some rice cereal.  The first night I tried it, Joe was not home and boy was I in for a surprise.  It didn’t help that I waited until Jillian was absolutely starving to try it.  The first bite came right back out, and the next came right back, and then the next…you get the picture.  And between every bite, she cried because she just wanted something fast!  I couldn’t help but laugh, which I’m sure didn’t make her feel any better.  I managed to snap a picture as quickly as possible between a few of the bites…here is what it looked like:

    Even though my last was 7 1/2 years ago, I can sure relate to these pictures. I recently had the pleasure (or not) feeding my great neice Amya and ditto same thing! Just wait until they get use to it. You can seem to shovel it in fast enough!! Best of luck!

    I remember those days. Lots of fun. Some mother just put the cereal in the bottle with alittle bigger hole. I never tried it. They got to learn some day. Hopefully she is doing better already.
