6 Month Photo Shoot

So we decided to try to do our own photo shoot at home for Jillian’s 6 month pictures. With a little editing, I think they came out very well. These are some of the black and whites that I edited this morning since I am home for Veteran’s Day. Enjoy!

6 Months Old - Go Browns!

Today Jillian is 6 months old. Time is flying by…I can hardly believe she has been in this world with us now for 6 months. At times it seems like so much less and sometimes it feels like it has been forever! Her Daddy is out of town today watching the Cleveland Browns play so in honor of the big game, she put on this cute little Browns cheerleader outfit (thanks Aunt Nicci for passing this down to Jillian).

Happy Hour Halloween

We’re throwing a party. You’re all welcome to come. It is a Happy Hour Party on October 31st. We know everyone has their own plans for Friday night, so we’re hosting a small Happy Hour Party to allow everyone to swing by and show off their costumes before heading out to the bars, or to their final destinations.

Whoever is left is welcome to Join us to see the Websters. They are a really fun cover band, they play a lot of funky white boy music like “Play that funky Music” and “Pass the Mic”. Check back later for pictures of the event.

So I’m doing two posts today because I have so many pictures that I never got a chance to put up! The weekend that Jason and Erin got married, September 13th (pics still to come)…I was able to meet up with Monica and her daughter Hadley and I was able to meet up with my family were I saw my niece Laura and her son Emmerson. I found this picture among the many that I have been meaning to post. This was taken about a month ago when I was cooking dinner and Jillian was playing on her play-mat. She was talking to herself until she talked herself to sleep. Dad (Joe) came home and found her too irresistible and had to capture the moment.

Our little girl is growing in leaps and bounds! She is becoming more stable in sitting, standing, holding her head, everything! She hates to be on her stomach but loves to stand which is why we feel she will skip the crawling thing and go right to walking. Yesterday, we stood her next to the couch and she held on all by herself (with a worried mom right behind her). Our newest thing is to let her sit without support. She is getting pretty good at it…check out the pics below! The one picture is on the couch supported, but she looked so serious I had to show you that face!
